Login Troubleshooting
First, ensure that you have the correct username and password. You may need to reset your password by using our "forgot your password" form.
If you used the 'forgot your password', but did not receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder -- it may have been automatically placed there by your spam filtering software. (AOL Spam Control Help)
Second, access to this site requires cookies. In Internet Explorer (IE), use the Tools menu and click "Internet Options" and the "Privacy" tab. Ensure the setting is no higher than "Medium High". Or, you may deny all cookies, but add an exception to allow cookies from "mothersfirst.org".
Next, try deleting the cookies you do have. In IE, use the Tools menu and click on "Internet Options". On the "General" tab, click the "Delete Cookies" button. [Note: this will delete all of your cookies which could effect your auto logins at other websites. If you want to delete the cookies associated with Mothers First, you will need to use your windows explorer and remove only that file.]
Also, other programs like Spybot or Google Popup Blocker may effect your ability to login. Try logging in after you disable these programs; if you are successful, you'll need to tweak settings on those programs to allow access to Mothers First.
Finally, if you are still having problems or do not have an account please contact the Webmaster.
